Outstanding Performance through product integrity: The custom made indicators used on Brencor® analog and Brencor DIGI-Chek® gages are manufactured to a standard that is up to three times more stringent than AGD specifications require. These analog and digital instruments give the most repeatable and accurate measurements available today. Chamfer-Chek®: Select I.D. to measure the top or O.D. to measure the minor diameter of tapered holes, chamfers or conical parts. Available in Analog or our Digi-Chek® digital gage.
Digi-Chek® Chamfer-Chek®: Features instant measurement, SPC output, repeatability ± 1 increment, easy to read LCD, inch/metric on the fly conversion, capable of 178 readings per second, feature lock, and three different hold options.
Resolution: Analog: .001” (.02mm) for 0°-90° models and .002” (.05mm) for 90°-127° models.
Applications: Steel valve inserts, brass fittings, machine tools and holders, circuit boards, sheet metal and stampings, pressure vessels, bronze bushings, steel governor cups.

| Super Hole-Chek® is a high precision instrument measuring the diameter of small holes. Its resolution is as much as 10 times greater (± .0001”) than standard Hole-Chek® models. Custom designed models available. |
| Accuracy The repeatability of standard Brencor gages is ± one gaging increment at constant temperature. For example, the Chamfer-Chek® CI-1090 reads directly in .001” increments; the accuracy, therefore, is ± .001”. |
Countersink-Chek®: Compact gage measuring the major diameter of a countersink. Choose Analog or our Digi-Chek® digital gage. Available in 82°, 90°, 100°, 110°, 120°, and 130° countersinks.
Digi-Chek® Countersink-Chek®: Features instant measurement, SPC output, repeatability ± 1 increment, easy to read LCD, inch/metric on the fly conversion, capable of 178 readings per second, feature lock, and three different hold options.
Resolution: Full-round, exact angle, conical gaging plunger gives readings directly in .002” (.05mm) diameter increments.
Applications: Aircraft assembly, production and quality control prototypes, production machining, automotive assembly, sheet metal work.
